POLICE have confirmed that a 28-year-old man has died in Dunfermline.
Emergency services were called out to the Sandpiper Drive area of the town this morning following reports of 'concern for a person'.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
A police spokesperson said: "Police in Fife were called to the Sandpiper Drive area of Dunfermline around 10.20am on Thursday 21 February following a report of concern for a person.
"The 28-year-old man was sadly pronounced dead by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be submitted to Procurator Fiscal."
