The 23-year-old has signed a permanent deal with the relegated Staggies after just one season with the Pars.

Former Morton and Raith Rovers attacker McManus joined Dunfermline last summer from Fleetwood Town and netted his first goals in his third appearance, grabbing a brace in a Betfred Cup thumping of Peterhead.
He memorably scored at Tynecastle to send Dunfermline through to the knockout stages of the competition, sending Premiership Hearts out in the process, as he quickly became a favourite with the East End faithful.
He endeared himself further to the Pars fans with goals in home victories over Falkirk, part of a 13-goal haul last season.
However, since netting against the Bairns on January 2, hit scored just twice, with his final goal coming in the Premiership play-off quarter-final, second leg defeat at Dundee United.
County co-manager, and former Par, Steven Ferguson, told his club's website: "Declan is a player myself and Stuart (Kettlewell, co-manager) have admired for a while.
"He is quick, powerful and looks to run in behind so will bring another dimension to our forward line.
"He is young and hungry and wants to play in the Premiership so he will fit in well with the ambitious squad we are assembling."
