Mary Leishman, died on Tuesday morning after losing her battle against cancer. Mary (53) was Pars director of football Jim Leishman’s wife of 30 years and died on the couple’s 30th wedding anniversary. A statement released early Tuesday afternoon on the Pars’ official website read, “Today was her 30th wedding anniversary and she hung on so she was able to wish Jim a happy anniversary. “She died with her family around her.” Yorkston told the Press, “They were such a lovely couple and Mary was such a lovely woman.” Pay your own tributes to Mary in our online book of condolences
