THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 THE FIFE COUNCIL (MOCHRUM DRIVE, CROSSFORD) TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NO. 2, 2015
The Council made “the Fife Council (Mochrum Drive, Crossford) Tree Preservation Order No. 2, 2015”.

1. The Order relates to 4 sycamores situated on land described in the Tree Preservation Order. The Order is made in order to protect the said trees and ensure their continued existence as it forms an important feature in the landscaping of the area and makes a significant contribution to the visual amenity of the area.

2. A copy of the Order may be inspected, free of charge, at Economy, Planning & Employability Services, Kingdom House, Kingdom Avenue, Glenrothes KY7 5LY and Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes, KY7 5LT and may be inspected during normal working hours.

Any objection/representation must be in writing to: Fife Council, Finance & Corporate Services, Legal Service, Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes, KY7 5LT within 28 days from the date of service of the Notice of the making of the Order or the date of publication of the Notice by advertisement as the case may be. Every objection/ representation shall state the grounds thereof, and specify the particular tree(s), groups of trees or woodland in respect of which it is made. Any objection/representation shall be duly made if it complies with these requirements.

The Order comes into effect on 11/11/2015 and shall expire 6 months after it is made, unless it has within that period, been confirmed by the planning authority.
