THE FIFE COUNCIL (THE BRAE, NORTH QUEENSFERRY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2016 Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of The Brae over its entire length.

The Order is to allow the replacement of overhead power cables to be carried out in safety and will be operational daily between 09.00 and 17.00 from 20/01/16 until 22/01/16 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via the B981 Main Rd, Ferry Toll Rd, B980, B981 Hope St and Ferryhills Rd. Access for emergency service vehicles, residents and pedestrians will be maintained.
