Fife Council propose to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit waiting on both sides of Nightingale Place (from Greenshank Drive to Duloch Campus Car Park Access Road), prohibit vehicular traffic on Nightingale Place (from the Duloch Campus Car Park Access Road eastwards including the turning circle) and Aldi Service Road and introduce enforceable off-street parking bays for disabled persons’ vehicles in Duloch Campus and Carnegie Primary School car parks.
