THE FIFE COUNCIL (WILLIAM STREET AND GRIEVE STREET, DUNFERMLINE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2016 Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of William Street (from Pittencrieff St to house no. 136) and Grieve Street over its entire length.

The Order is to allow carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 07/03/16 until 25/03/16 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via Pittencrieff St, Chalmers St and Golfdrum St. Access for emergency service vehicles, residents and pedestrians will be maintained.
