THE FIFE COUNCIL (WHINNYHILL CRESCENT, INVERKEITHING) (ONE-WAY) ORDER 2016 THE FIFE COUNCIL (WHINNYHILL CRESCENT, INVERKEITHING) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2016
On 21/03/2016 Fife Council made the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which are as stated in the issue of the Dunfermline Press published on 15/10/2015.
A copy of the Orders, which are operational from 04/04/2016 and accompanying drawings showing the affected roads, may be inspected, without payment of fee, during normal office hours at Fife Council Headquarters, Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes and via public access pc's at all Fife Libraries, details of which can be found in The Phone Book or by calling 01592 583204. The documents will also be available online at www.fifedirect.org.uk/notices. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may, within six weeks from 21/03/2016 apply to the Court of Session for the purpose.
