THE FIFE COUNCIL (ABBOT STREET, DUNFERMLINE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2015
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of Abbot Street over its entire length.

The Order is to allow the erection and dismantling of a tower crane to be carried out in safety and will be operational daily between 05.00 and 23.59 on 18/10/15 and 20/10/15 and 14/02/16 to 15/02/15 (20/10/15 and 15/02/16 are contingency dates). The alternative route for through traffic will be via St. Margaret St, Priory La, Moodie St, Nethertown Broad St, St. Margaret's Dr, Carnegie Dr, Glen Bridge and Chalmers St. The alternative route for pedestrians will be via Guildhall St, High St, Kirkgate and Maygate..
