NOTICE TO Gary Bowden COURT REFERENCE: SQ29/15 A Sequestration Petition has been raised in Dunfermline Sheriff Court by CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL, formerly at Chesser House, 500 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh and now at Waverley Court, East Market Street, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, Petitioner, calling as a Respondent, GARY BOWDEN, residing at 110 Spittalfield Crescent, Inverkeithing, KY11 1DX but whose present whereabouts are unknown. The court has fixed a hearing on that Sequestration Petition for 11 November 2015 at 10am within the Dunfermline Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 1/6 Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline.
