THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 THE FIFE COUNCIL (SPRINGFIELD SITE, RIDGEWAY, DALGETY BAY) TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NO 1, 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fife Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 161 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf have confirmed the above mentioned Order.
The effect of the Order is that except with the consent of the Local Planning Authority no person shall cut down, top, lop, uproot, wilfully damage or wilfully destroy or cause to permit the cutting down, topping, lopping, uprooting, wilful damaging or wilful destruction of any of the trees specified in the First Schedule thereto, subject to certain exceptions which are specified in the said Order and said confirmation.
Copies of the Order and of the map referred to therein may be seen at Fife Council's Economy, Planning & Employability Services office, Kingdom House, Kingdom Avenue, Glenrothes, KY7 5LY and Fife House, North Street, Glenrothes, KY7 5LT without payment of fee, between the hours of 8.45 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on business days.
