NHS Fife is in consultation with Harminder Shergill T/A Dalgety Healthcare regarding his proposed application for a new pharmacy to open within Unit 1A, Moray Way North, Dalgety Bay.
Harminder Shergill T/A Dalgety Healthcare propose to provide the full range of NHS pharmaceutical services, including any additional services required under an
NHS arrangement.
The Proposed Opening Hours of the Pharmacy are:
Monday: 9.00-6.00 Tuesday: 9.00-6.00
Wednesday: 9.00-6.00 Thursday: 9.00-6.00
Friday: 9.00-6.00 Saturday: 9.00-5.00
Members of the public are invited to participate in the consultation. To take part please complete the Pharmacy Consultation Survey at www.nhsfife.org or alternatively a hard copy of the questionnaire can be obtained by contacting the Primary Care Department on 01592 226413.
As required under the Regulations this Public Consultation will be for a continuous period of 90 working days from the date of this Advert and will end at 5.00pm on 28th June 2016. No responses can be accepted after this date.
