Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Notice of Pre-Application Public Event Under Regulation 7(2)(b) PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT
Proposal: A major development of residential units, associated car parking, open space, landscaping, SUDS and formation of a new access on to the A 823.
