Notice is hereby given that AECOM plans to hold a pre-application consultation event regarding proposed contamination remediation works, including the removal of the existing jetty and slipway and replacement with new jetty and slipway at Land to the East of The Wynd, Dalgety Bay, Fife (central grid reference 316466E 683099N).
Further information concerning the proposed remediation works can be obtained by searching Fife Council's online planning application register under references 16/01079/SCR and 16/02372/SCO, or by contacting AECOM as per the details below.
The pre-application consultation events will be held between 15:00 and 21:00 on the 21st and 23rd of November 2016 at:
Dalgety Parish Church, Regents Way, Dalgety Bay, Fife KY11 9UY
Persons wishing to provide comments on the proposed remediation works can do so by writing to AECOM at: dalgetybaycomments.uki@aecom.com; or by post to: Fraser Blackwood, APEX 2, 97 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD no later than 9th December 2016.
Comments should be dated and should clearly state the name (in block capitals) and full return email or postal address of those making comment. Comments made to AECOM are not representations to the Planning Authority / Scottish Ministers. When the planning application and marine licence applications are submitted, an opportunity will be given for representations to be made to the Planning Authority / Scottish Ministers on the applications.
