GRIFFITHS Duncan Jan and the family of the late Duncan Griffiths would like to express our deepest thanks and gratitude for all the messages of condolence, cards, flowers and support received following his passing, all of which were of great comfort. We would also like to thank all who attended Duncan's funeral at Dunfermline Crematorium on the 29th November and shared all the wonderful tributes and memories that gave him the fitting send-off he so richly deserved. We are deeply indebted to the skill and care of Dr Sally Clive and Dr Gilbert who gave us nine long years of great memories with Duncan, dad and grandad throughout his illness, as well as all the GPs, District Nurses and Palliative Care team who helped make his final weeks as comfortable as possible. Finally thanks to Michael Salmond at Co-op Funeralcare for all his help and guidance with the arrangements, Scott Burton who conducted the service so well and Garvock House Hotel for organising the funeral tea. The funeral collection amounted to a generous £500 which has been shared between Cancer Research and Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS).
