SMITH Irena Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Victoria Hospital, on Saturday 6th August 2022, Irena, aged 74. Reunited with her beloved husband, Michael. Loving mum to Lynn and Paul. Proud gran and great gran to Lauren, Kelsey, Holly and Nathan. Irena will be sadly missed, forever in our hearts. Many thanks to Ward 43 and the Palliative Care Team at Victoria Hospital. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 23rd August, 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, thereafter to Dunfermline Cemetery for 11.30am. Flowers are welcome.
