LYNCH Catherine Arnott (nee Morrison) Rena passed peacefully, on Sunday 25th September at Canmore Lodge with family by her side. She reached the grand age of 94. Born in Townhill and one of 7 children, she is survived by her brother John Morrison. Rena was a much loved mother to her 9 children, of whom Jennifer, Michael, Billy, Shaun, Hughy and Paul survive. A cherished "Nana" to her 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Rena was truly one of a kind, a lucky gambler, champion of the underdog, a true friend. An indomitable spirit and always bold in her convictions. The family would like to thank the dedicated staff at Canmore Lodge for their care and attention. Funeral service will be held on Thursday 6th October at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 12 noon, burial follows at Dunfermline Cemetery. All welcome to attend services and the wake at the Royal British Legion. Family flowers only, however, donations can be given in lieu for the activities programme at Canmore Lodge. Rest well "Reen the Queen" you will be sorely missed. You were quite simply "top of the pops".
