MIDDLETON Thomas Peacefully, at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, on Friday 28th October 2022, Tam, aged 76 years, of Kingseat. Beloved husband of Janet, much loved dad of Craig and Ross and father-in-law of Karen, treasured grandad of Amy, he will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service will be held at Dunfermline Crematorium on Wednesday 16th November 2022 at 2pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, however, there will be an opportunity to leave a donation to Dementia UK, in memory of Tam.
