FOSTER Billy Suddenly but peacefully at home on Tuesday 13th December, 2022; Billy aged 62 years, loving husband of Roseann and a much loved dad of Chloe, also a dear nephew, uncle, great-uncle and friend. Funeral service will take place at Dunfermline Crematorium on Monday 9th January, 2023 at 11.30am to which all are welcome.
