WELSH Francis Passed away peacefully on the 15th May at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. A father to Michael and Martin, grandad to Michael, Blair, Euan and Sean who will all miss him. Mass will be held St Margaret's RC Church on Tuesday 13th June at 10:00am, followed by committal at Dunfermline Crematorium at 11:30am. Family flowers only please but please feel free to make a donation the Fife Palliative Care Team via Fife Health Charity.
