FORSYTH Jack Suddenly and unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, 31st October 2023, Jack aged 76 years. Much loved husband to Ann, loving dad to Karen, doting grandad (Gaga) to Keira and Will, father-in-law to Barry. Will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service at Dunfermline Crematorium on Friday, 24th November at 11.30am, to which everyone is respectfully invited. Family flowers only, donations can be given in lieu when leaving the service for British Heart Foundation.
