MAHADY Joseph Peacefully, at home, in the presence of his loving wife, on Wednesday 21st February 2024, Joseph (Joe) Mahady, former RSM, 1st Bn Queens Own Highlanders, aged 89 years, of Rosyth. Beloved husband of Janette, a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, much loved brother to Dorothy and late David, a dear father-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and good friend to many. Joe served the Queens Own Highlanders with pride and distinction and will be sadly missed by all ranks, past and present. Funeral service will take place at Dunfermline Crematorium on Tuesday 12th March at 11.30am, to which all relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, however, donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received on leaving the crematorium in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.
