RUSHFORD Edward (Eddie) George Suddenly and unexpectedly, at his home Real Life Options on the 23rd September 2024. Loving son of Catherine (Kitty) and Ted, devoted brother to Kevin, Catherine, Pete and John. Eddie, no words we write could ever say, How sad and empty we feel today, The angels came for you, Much sooner than we planned, We'll brave the bitter grief that comes, And we'll try our best to understand, Why did you have to go away? In Eddie's mum's heart you will always be, As I love you dearly and I know you'll watch over me, Eddie, a thousand words won't bring you back, I know because I've tried, Neither will a thousand tears, I know because I've cried. Eddie, now you're fishing up in Heaven, With dad and Pete and angels up above, They will take my place for now Eddie, And they'll give you all their love. Eddie, go and rest in peace now, Our son and brother held so dear, For all our love and memories, We'll hold in our hearts forever near. A memorial service will take place at Dunfermline Crematorium on the 25th October at 10:00 and thereafter at Culross Cemetery. All friends and family welcome to Abbeyview Bowling Club for refreshments and to further share fond memories of Eddie. Donations can be made in Eddie's memory to Real Life Options. Family flowers only please.
