FANCY playing Monopoly and buying your own bank in Kelty?
The old Royal Bank of Scotland branch in the village is up for sale – and it's expected to go for around £50,000.
Unfortunately you'll have to use real cash and won't be able to issue your own currency or keep the ATM but you can count your pennies in the banking hall and lock away your valuables in the strong room.
Just don't try and turn it into a sex shop.
The old RBS branch building in Main Street, which closed last year, is going under the hammer on Thursday, February 18 in Edinburgh.
SVA Property Auctions expect it to sell for around £50,000 and it's described as an "interesting opportunity for a conversion project".
Auctioneer Shaun Vigers said: "Whilst the bank is disposing of some of its redundant property assets, it is retaining the ATM and leasing it back from the buyers of the property."
The building has an open-plan banking hall, offices, a strong room, toilets and a kitchenette but its future uses are limited.
The SVA report states: "The vacant property will be sold subject to certain restrictions preventing the following uses: businesses involving money lending, pawnbrokers, adult sex shops, bookmakers or other gambling businesses, banks/building societies, bars/public houses, the sale of firearms and the sale of any paraphernalia associated with illegal drugs."
