AN ELDERLY man has died following a car crash in a West Fife village.
The 76-year-old man was involved in the single vehicle incident on the A977 at Kincardine last night (Tuesday).
The crash happened at around 7.25pm and emergency services attended the scene.
He was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital where, sadly, he was pronounced dead.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a one-vehicle crash on the A977 at Kincardine around 7.25pm on Tuesday, 15 June.
"Emergency services attended and a 76-year-old man was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
"His next of kin have been informed."
