A BROTHER AND SISTER duo have put Rosyth on the map as one of the new best burger joints in the region.
Black Box Burgers has garnered quite a following of fans since it's opening in April as part of a lockdown venture.
The trendy foodie business specialises in burgers loaded with the most tasty fillings as well tasty treats such as hotdogs, milkshakes and an array of desserts.
Mitchell Lawson, 25, decided to launch the business in lockdown last year after work dried up as a chef.
His sister, Megan, 24, came on board as a partner recently to take the family-run venture forward.
She told the Press: "Mitchell opened the place in April out of boredom I think in lockdown!
"He was a chef at the Harvester until he lost work due to the lockdown.
"We grew up in Dunfermline but opened up the shop in Rosyth where my parents live.
"There's a lot you can do with burgers so that's why my brother went down that route."
Black Box dishes are all made fresh at their premises at Crossroads Place in Rosyth.
Their food gets rave reviews not just from locals but also from people who think their grub is so good that they're willing to make the trip over the bridge from further afield.
"We've just built up custom by word of mouth and through Facebook," Megan said.
"I was a waitress but I've become a partner recently and we're thinking about opening another shop in the future."
