Open from 6.30am until 5pm on Mondays to Saturdays and from 7am until 4pm on Sundays, customers will be able to make click-and-collect orders via the Greggs app.
Shop manager Angela Satti said: “We can’t wait to welcome both Greggs fans and new customers to our brand-new shop. We’ve got an amazing range of tasty bakes, hot drinks, sweet treats and savouries available for takeaway or click and collect.”
Gillian Long, Retail Operations Director for Greggs, added: “Our new shop in Dunfermline has brought 12 new jobs to the local area, as well as providing customers with a modern, convenient new place to experience their favourite Greggs food.”
The location also includes a Nuttall Unit so customers can purchase some of Greggs favourite hot items such as southern fried chicken goujons and potato wedges.
Last month, the Press reported that Stephens Bakery aim to rise to the challenge of Greggs by opening a drive-thru next to their rival's outlet in Halbeath.
Plans to finally demolish the "eyesore" former Hotel Roma on Main Street have been tabled and the Dunfermline business famed for their steak bridies want to replace it with a new shop.
