Kelty then equalised on 8 minutes when Jamie Barjonas passed to Botti Biabi who hit the net from close range.
Darren Jamieson made a good save to stop Mason Hancock before half time.
Daniel Finlayson went off injured and Ross Philp replaced him as the first half ended all square.
After half time Biabi should have scored from near the penalty spot but shot over at 54 minutes.
At 76 minutes Stirling followed up with a good shot from Cummins, well saved by Jamieson.
Kelty's Michael Tidser made a last minute attempt at 87 minutes but his shot was saved by Blair Currie.
