IT'S been revealed Fife is the fourth most-funded area in Scotland by the National Lottery.
Since 1994, when the lottery began, the Kingdom has been handed a whopping £130,108,689 in funding and joins Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Highlands as the locations benefitting the most from the available grants.
Dundee, Stirling, Aberdeen and the Borders all received less cash than Fife. Clackmannanshire has been offered the least money in Scotland over the past three decades.
The research conducted by Solitaired.com has shown that, so far, the National Lottery has given £3,576,889,863 to projects in Scotland.
