OUTWITH Festival is officially back as celebrations kick off in Dunfermline today (Tuesday).
The six-day art, comedy, film, theatre, and writing event will take over city venues until Sunday after it was revived by volunteers.
The broad programme includes a full live music day with headliners Fatherson, Liz Lawrence, Pulled Apart by Horses, Planet, and, fresh from TRNSMT and Belladrum, Luke La Volpe, all taking to the stage.

Throughout the week visitors can also take a look around a new exhibition from Adrian Wiszniewski at Fire Station Creative, which will run until October 2.
The world-renowned painter is one of the members of the New Glasgow Boys, a group of artists which included Currie, Peter Howson and Steven Campbell who emerged from Glasgow School of Art and led the resurgence of Scottish figurative painting in the late 20th century.
Film, theatre, cabaret, and comedy options will also all be on offer, as well as a series of masterclasses.
The event was born in 2017 when the original team asked the Edinburgh Fringe if they could help to stage shows in Dunfermline to celebrate its 70th birthday.
However, the city is 'outwith' the EH postcode, so could not play host to Fringe performances.
The festival has received funding from the Carnegie Dunfermline Trust, EventScotland, Fife Council and Fife Strategic Events Fund.
Tickets and a full programme of events are available here.
