AN AWARD-WINNING bakery and farm shop which closed in March is preparing to reopen next week.
Woodlea Stables, based just south of Crossgates, shut its doors earlier this year.
Following a series of renovations, the business will return on Friday, September 30.
It first expanded by converting sheds on the property into a cafe and coffee shop, as well as a sales area, kitchen and stores, before adding an agricultural shed in 2020 after facing rising consumer demand.
The team say they have "done a lot of work" at the premises – which sells acclaimed bread, having won in the 'champion' loaf category at the Royal Highland Show two years in a row – with pictures showing a refreshed exterior.
Free range eggs, cheese, fruit and veg, coffee, and cakes will also all be on offer and it will be open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 9am until 3pm.
