AN INVERKEITHING housing development has been shortlisted for national awards.
Kingdom Housing's Fraser Avenue development is in the running for two awards by the Chartered Institute of Housing's (CIH) Scotland Housing Awards, the Excellence in Development for Affordable Housing (along with a development in Torryburn) and the Excellence in Regeneration and Sustainability categories.
In total, Kingdom Housing are finalists for 16 of their submissions at the annual awards that celebrate passion, creativity, excellence and innovation in the housing sector.
Kingdom chief executive Bill Banks said: "Being shortlisted for 16 submissions is a record for Kingdom, not only at the CIH Scotland Housing Awards, but for any awards. Being shortlisted is a fantastic achievement and credit goes to everyone across the Kingdom Group for their dedication and commitment to delivering exceptional work for our customers, whether those customers are external or internal.
"The CIH Scotland Housing Awards attract extremely high-quality submissions from across the sector, so it’s really great to be recognised alongside our peers in housing. At Kingdom, our mission is to provide more than a home and having such a broad range of entries shortlisted shows how much work is being done by the team at Kingdom to deliver on that mission."
The award ceremony takes place in Glasgow on October 27.
