A DRIVER has had his car seized for the second time in four weeks after being caught without insurance.
As reported by the Press, the motorist, who could now lose his licence, was stopped by police on September 29 in Townhill in the early hours of the morning.
He was reported to the fiscal again yesterday (Thursday) after being caught on Arthur Street in Dunfermline at 7.30am, when his car was seized.
A tweet from Fife Police read: "Clearly this driver wants a season ticket.
"Today is the second time we've stopped him driving without insurance in a month.
"Car seized and driver reported; he's now likely to be disqualified! Wonder when we'll meet again?"
