A DRIVER has been fined £200 after using his phone to film a crash on the M90.
Officers attending the incident also issued the man a ticket for six points on his license.
Road Policing Scotland posted online: "If there's one thing that annoys FifeRP it's drivers who think it's OK to record crashes on their phones whilst driving.
"For clarity it's not and it's dangerous! This driver filmed a crash on the M90; he was issued a ticket for 6 points & £200 fine."
