THE redevelopment of an unused building in Dunfermline and creation of eight flats has been proposed to Fife Council.
An application to the local authority by Andrew Black outlines plans to change the use of a four-storey building on Chapel Street.
This would involve the formation of a range of one, two, and three-bedroom flats.
The installation of external ducts and slate vents would also be included.
Neighbours and nearby businesses have been notified and a decision is due to be made by March 16.
