ACCESS to a Dunfermline church is set to be improved if planning permission for a new ramp is granted.
An application to install the freestanding ramp at North Parish Church in Golfdrum Street has been submitted to Fife Council.
There is currently no disabled access to the sanctuary of the church and it is hoped the ramp will encourage elderly and disabled people, and their carers, to come along for regular Sunday services, weddings and funerals.
