SCOTTISH star Lewis Capaldi will play TWO sold-out gigs in Dunfermline this summer.
The singer will perform at the Alhambra Theatre on August 17, first at 5pm and then again at 7pm.
Tickets for both appearances went on sale on Wednesday, May 24, and were snapped up in less than an hour.
Capaldi, from West Lothian, shot to fame with his first album, Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent, in 2019.
A follow-up, Broken by Desire to Be Heavenly Sent, was released this month.
His Dunfermline shows will be part of a string of intimate performances in smaller venues this summer, with the singer also taking to the stage in Perth and Stirling.
The acoustic appearances will also offer a Q&A for fans.
Capaldi recently held similar events in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee.
He also headlined BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, in Dundee, last weekend and will take part in Reading and Leeds Festival later this year.
The 'Someone You Loved' singer's upcoming tour will to promote his new album will start in Milan on May 30 and take him to Australia, South Korea and the Philippines.
