THE next event to celebrate the 900th anniversary of St Fillan's Church in Aberdour will be a performance by Dunfermline Choral Union.
It takes place in the church, which has been earmarked for closure, on Saturday and starts at 5pm.
The concert is titled 'Swing it at St Fillan’s' and they will perform Broadway hits and musical numbers with an emphasis on swing.
A spokesperson said: "DCU is an amateur choir, they love singing and appreciate the physical and psychological benefits singing together gives them.
"Normally they sing in larger venues so this will be a unique experience for them to sing in a small, intimate venue with such great acoustics."
Entry for the concert is free, donations are welcome.

The spokesperson added: "It was recently suggested that St Margaret’s Chapel in Edinburgh is older than St Fillan’s Church.
"St Margaret’s is described as the oldest building in Edinburgh and was probably built in the reign of King David I in around 1130.
"St Fillan’s, on the other hand, was probably built in the reign of Alexander I around 1123.
"Even if these dates are wrong, St Margaret’s Chapel is only accessible on paying to access Edinburgh Castle and is used for occasional services such as weddings.
"Entrance to St Fillan’s is free and it is open every day and for regular Sunday worship."
