PLANS to change a block of flats into a hostel in Dunfermline have been lodged with Fife Council.
Kingdom Housing Association Ltd has submitted the proposals for a the property at 88 Pittencrieff Street.
They want to change the use of five residential units into a hostel with work including the formation of an access ramp, a replacement staircase and railings.
