ESPC has announced the return of its live property event for people looking to buy and sell their homes following the success of January's inaugural live show.
Broadcasting from Edinburgh's Skybar, the innovative show will be live-streamed in front of a studio audience across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter tomorrow evening (Tuesday).
ESPC's CEO Paul Hilton will be hosting the event alongside the company's head of member services, Ashley Mcinulty.
Mr Hilton said: "In the current economic climate, it comes as no surprise that existing and aspiring property owners alike want to know more about the property market, so we are delighted to bring back ESPC Live to satisfy that demand."
The duo will explore the latest market data, trends and insights from across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders.
They'll be joined by a panel of three solicitor estate agents from ESPC Chartered member firms, who will answer questions from viewers on the current property market, as well as David Lauder, from ESPC Mortgages, who will discuss rising interest rates and mortgage products, and Nicky Lloyd, of ESPC Lettings, who will share insights on the rental market.
The event serves to break down the data and the headlines surrounding the Scottish property market, making it easy to understand and helping to instil confidence in those considering buying or selling a home this year.
Paul continued: "This innovative event will be broadcast live across ESPC's social channels, making it easy for everyone to access up-to-the-minute property data and insights from our panel of experts and have their pressing questions answered, free of charge.
"ESPC, as the home of property in Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders, is committed to helping home buyers and sellers take their next steps, and ESPC Live is an exciting, fresh and friendly way to guide them on their personal property journeys."
Live audiences will also be able to ask the experts questions in the comment section of the live broadcast tomorrow.
To get involved, visit ESPC's social media channels tomorrow (Tuesday, July 4) 6 pm.
