RAISE a glass to the Dunfermline bar that's in the running for another top accolade.
The Commercial Inn, on Douglas Street, is chasing more prizes after being nominated for the Great British Pub Awards.
Corks were popping in 2022 after the boozer was named CAMRA's Scottish Pub of the Year and they'll be hoping to lift another title at the ceremony in Manchester in September.
Andrew Black, who runs the pub, previously let the Press in on the secret of a successful boozer: "We're a proper real ale pub and always have been for years and years.
"We've been awarded on our ales and ale quality, the standard of service and the fact it's a friendly community pub."
He added that the brilliant staff and custimers "make the pub what it is".
The Great British Pub Awards 2023 is taking place on Tuesday September 19 at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester.
The Commercial Inn is in the Admiral Taverns pub of the year category, up against boozers from Somerset, Wrexham, Pontefract, Stoke and Liverpool.
