A NUMBER of local and national businesses are backing Outwith Festival with in-kind and financial support.
This extraordinary amount of sponsorship and funding will go a long way in supporting the music and arts festival, which kicks off each September.
Louise Reid, who secured this sponsorship, said: "We’re delighted that so many local and national businesses are getting behind the Festival.
"It’s been difficult for all businesses recently so we’re very grateful to them for supporting this community event run by local volunteers.”

Babcock has awarded £1,000 and Stagecoach buses are offering Saturday festival-goers free bus tickets.
Visit Dunfermline supported Outwith with a donation of £500 to help stage an event and exhibition by artists from Bilbao and Dunfermline at Fire Station Creative. Fife Council is the main sponsor for this event.
A stalwart of Dunfermline’s High Street, Carlucci, has sponsored the festival; and Atticca, the new Greek taverna which opened in the former Giacomo’s, has also lent financial support to the 2023 event.
Assistance has also been forthcoming from Forth Ports. The company, which manages seven ports across Scotland, has a strong presence in Fife, including Forth Ports Rosyth.

Kalopsia Collective, a social enterprise and sustainable textiles manufacturer that moved from Leith to Dunfermline in 2022 and the creator of beautiful homeware products for brands such as Hoxton Hotels, has backed the event; as well as Zoldani Auto Salon, which is owned by the inaugural Porsche Carrera Cup GB champion, Barry Horne.
Music equipment is being lent to the all-day music event by Kenny’s Music and gin has been donated by Darnley’s Gin and The Beer Hoose on Appin Crescent.
