A STRETCH of road in Dunfermline is to close for 20 weeks to allow for work at a city centre gas station to take place.
SGN has confirmed that Grange Road will temporarily close so the work can be carried out.
Bradley Barlow, spokesperson for gas distribution company SGN, said: "From the first week of October, we’ll need to temporarily close Grange Road, Dunfermline, for approximately 20 weeks while we carry out work at our Dunfermline depot gas holder station.
"A signed diversion will be in place for road users and we’re sorry for any inconvenience our work may cause."
