THERE are proposals to build five holiday lodges in a field at Bowershall, north of Townhill.
Patrick Slattery, of Fraserburgh, has applied to Fife Council for permission to develop a plot of land just under a hectare in size.
It's to the west of Cairncubie Road and south of both the B915 road and Balmule Fishery – which gained approval earlier this year for their own holiday huts.
Mr Slattery's plans include the erection of five lodges as well as a new access road into the site and the creation of 13 parking spaces.
