A Rosyth man was caught driving having been banned from the roads.
As a result, 32-year-old Ross Hughes, of Grampian Road, was back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 27th June at Admiralty Road, Rosyth, he drove a car when disqualified.
Depute fiscal Catherine Stevenson said at 4.10pm police stopped Hughes to speak to him about the vehicle’s tinted windows.
