ORGANISERS of a Macmillan coffee morning were proud to raise over £400 for the cancer charity.
Volunteers from the Peacocks in Pittencrieff Park put on the fundraiser on Saturday which offered fun for all the family.
Carlyn Cane, from the group, said a wonderful total of £444 was raised.

"The volunteers did a fantastic job, baking cakes, donating food and their time to make it a lovely afternoon which was greatly supported by the public," she said. "We also had a raffle, quiz, and stuff for the kids and everyone really enjoyed it.
"Supporting this very meaningful cause was something we all wanted to do.
"We have all lost loved ones to cancer and the public have always been extremely supportive of us and we wanted to give back and hopefully this is something we can continue to do over the years."
