An arts venue in Dunfermline is going to showcase the work of its in-house artists and designers.
Fire Station Creative (FSC), based on Carnegie Drive, opened in 2015 and this is the seventh exhibition of its kind that the venue has ran. The FSC has 21 studios and more than 30 people using them each week.
Morgan Ritchie, a watercolour painter from the USA who joined the venue earlier this year, said: "The gallery is a fantastic space and I can't wait to see the work of all the tenants together. In such a digitally dominated world, the exhibition is an opportunity to have people interact with my paintings in person.
"There's an inherent community of creative people honing their craft to produce their best work - it's inspiring! To have a dedicated space exist in a building where creativity is happening all around gives me energy."
A range of work will be on display including graphic designs, photography, jewellery, ceramics and even upholstered and up-cycled furniture.
Morgan added: "I predominantly work with watercolours; occasionally dabbling in other water-based mediums such as gouache, acrylic and ink. While watercolour is quite a traditional medium, I like to test its limits and create vibrant, intense colours that are unexpected.
My work consistently explores colour, texture, space and voids. I enjoy the confusion that can be created in indistinguishable beginnings and endings or whether an object protrudes or recedes."
The Tenants' Exhibition will be on display from Thursday, November 2, to Sunday, December 3. Admission to the exhibition is free.
