A MAN has been arrested and charged in connection with 37 theft offences in the Fife and Falkirk areas.
Police Scotland have confirmed a 38 year-old man was arrested on Thursday and charged with the string of shoplifting and theft of fuel offences.
Posting on Police Scotland Fife's Facebook page, they added: "The male targeted commercial premises by stealing high value items of clothing, cleaning products, alcohol and other items.

"The male was held for court to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Friday the 4th of November, and has since been remanded."
