WORK to repair a stretch of Rosyth road prone to flooding has taken place.
With part of the road closed due to Scottish Water carrying out works, Fife Council has been making efforts to improve flooding measures on Grange Road to help the surrounding areas after heavy rain.

Lead Consultant Kane Smith explained: "We are carrying out work to extend a concrete sandbag wall on Grange Road to help reduce flooding on Swinton Place.
"The majority of the sandbags have now been placed and we will be back on-site next week to complete the wall.
"We are also taking advantage of the road being closed to clean and jet the gullies along the full length of Grange Road and carry out minor road patching."
