Dunfermline Children’s Gala is preparing for the return of their Christmas concert.
Seven primary schools will be participating in the event - Canmore, Carnegie, Commercial, Duloch, Milesmark, McLean, and St Margaret's. The schools will each have their own slot to sing two or three songs.
The concert takes place on Tuesday, November 28. Doors open 5.45pm, then the show starts at 6.30pm, before the curtains come down at 8.15pm.
Gaynor Williamson, chair, said: “We are hoping it is a good event, one to make memories for kids and to also raise a wee bit of money for next year’s Gala.”
The group held their Gala AGM last week and all of the current team were re-elected, and a few new recruits were added. The team are now looking for headline sponsors for the 2024 Gala and invite companies and individuals to contact them at committee@dunfermlinegala.com with new ideas.
Tickets for the Christmas concert can be purchased from the Alhambra Box Office and Ticketmaster online.
